I'm Sophie, I’ve worked in the property sector for the last 10 years, mainly with HMO’s and it is an industry that I absolutely love from helping investors source properties, assisting with the project management of property refurbishments, managing houses for landlords and helping tenants find their new homes, it is a truly diverse job.

Deciding to start up on my own has enabled me to bring a more personal touch to my business and to work closely with investors, landlords and tenants alike to fulfil their requirements.

From speaking to the landlords and investors that I work with, I understand that it is a tough decision to entrust somebody else with your property and in effect your livelihood. You want to make sure that everything is done to a high standard and that all regulatory requirements are met, that you have great communication, that you have happy tenants, that you can relax a little as you know that someone has your back.
